I have dedicated over 15 years to the mental wellness and spiritual healing community, guiding individuals toward self-awareness and transformation. My journey began 20 years ago when I committed to a daily meditation practice, leading to a profound personal awakening. This path deepened when I earned my Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, equipping me with the tools to support clients in identifying and releasing patterns that no longer serve them.
Through my work, I help individuals reconnect with their inner truth, cultivate emotional resilience, and navigate personal growth with greater clarity. My approach integrates mindfulness, self-inquiry, and compassionate reflection to foster lasting change.
I live in Austin, where I cherish my role as a mother to four incredible adult children. Their presence continues to inspire my work and deepen my understanding of love, connection, and personal evolution.
I believe in meeting people where they are, holding space for their journey, and honoring the wisdom that emerges when we embrace both light and shadow within ourselves.

I started working intensely with Elizabeth in spring 2024 and stayed with her through late summer 2024. We had 16 sessions. Once a week. It was transformative. She helped pull me out of an abyss that I unexpectedly found myself tossed into. She helped ground me and helped with identifying the true source of my enormous feelings of grief and anger. She was so skilled, gentle, and magical in her approach. She was able to key in immediately on how all the roads led back to early childhood loss and how the current loss was just a portal to the earlier times.
My time with Elizabeth was short but the benefits remain as I now have tools, knowledge and confidence in myself to continue on the path of healing, self-awareness and growth. I also have her words of wisdom in my head and feel the pull to send her a copay every time I “hear” her guidance. She is a gifted healer, and we did great work together.
"You are highly skilled, highly capable, have a lot of awareness, and have life experience that helps with your understanding of what the issues might be to work through. Tireless on making each person gain insight into what they're doing/patterns and encouraging each person to step into action to bring about those needed changes/shifts."
Childhood trauma, whether from abuse, neglect, or other adverse experiences, can have a lasting impact on an individual's emotional and psychological well-being. The scars of trauma can manifest in various ways, such as anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, or difficulty forming healthy relationships. Healing from childhood trauma is not only possible but essential for reclaiming a sense of peace and balance in life.
The first step in healing childhood trauma is acknowledging its existence. Denial or suppression of past experiences may offer temporary relief but can hinder long-term healing. By accepting the pain and trauma, individuals can begin to process the emotions tied to those memories.
It’s important to find a compassionate, skilled therapist who provides a safe space for exploration and healing.
Building a supportive network of friends and family members who offer empathy and understanding is also crucial for recovery.
Healing from childhood trauma is a journey that requires patience, resilience, and support embracing the process. Individuals can break free from their past anger and pain.
Transforming Your Relationship with Anxiety Through Mindfulness, Compassion and Awareness: Anxiety can feel like an unwelcome intruder in your relationship, heightening stress, fueling misunderstandings, and creating distance. But what if, instead of resisting or labeling it as bad, you invited anxiety in as a messenger? By shifting your perspective, you can begin to see anxiety not as an enemy but as a guide pointing toward deeper needs and fears. As Carl Jung emphasized, all feelings—even the ones we try to suppress—hold valuable insight into our inner world. When we uncover the shadow side of emotions, we gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationships.
